Small Change is a play on words – one interpretation is Egeltje’s management philosophy – that incremental, well-thought out changes can have a great impact over time, the other is just talking about money: moving it, saving it, etc. Lastly, as a Tom Waits fan, the title is a small hat tip to him.
Egeltje’s owner, Amy Fuller, came to Utrecht, The Netherlands by way of Chicago, IL and Austin, TX. She had ten years’ experience in the payment industry and five years Project Management experience prior to starting her own company in 2013. She’s a movie buff, vociferous reader, a music lover and has been an avid saver since she was a small child.
